Guard Booths and Security Shacks for Controlled Entry Points
A staffed entrance only works if the person staffing it can stay there all shift. That is what a guard booth is for. It puts an attendant at the gate with sightlines in every direction, shelter from weather, and enough room to run a log book, a radio and a badge reader without stepping outside.
Every guard booth in this range is new. Footprints start around four feet by six and go up to roughly six and a half feet square, so a single booth handles one attendant comfortably and the larger models leave space for a second person during a shift change or a busy gate.
Where these units get placed
- Gatehouses at industrial yards, distribution centers and fuel terminals
- Parking control at stadiums, hospitals, airports and paid lots
- Construction site security where tools and equipment sit overnight
- Campus and school entrances that need a visible check-in point
- Residential community and gated subdivision entries
- Weigh stations, scale houses and yard check-in positions
What the Booths Include
Glazing runs on multiple sides for visibility. Units come with air conditioning, and some models add heating, which matters more than people expect in an Arkansas January or an August afternoon. Colors vary across the range, and one model is built in stainless steel for sites that want a harder-wearing, corrosion-resistant exterior such as coastal or wash-down environments. Each product page lists the exact configuration for that unit, including door position, window layout and climate equipment.
Booths are inspected before dispatch. They arrive as a finished, self-contained shell ready to be set on a prepared surface.
Preparing the Site
These are small buildings, but they still need a proper base and a power supply.
- Surface: a level concrete pad is the usual choice. Asphalt and compacted gravel can work if the ground is firm and drains.
- Anchoring: check local wind requirements. A lightweight structure at an exposed gate often needs to be anchored down, and that specification comes from your engineer or contractor.
- Power: the air conditioning and any heating need a dedicated circuit. Trenching, conduit and the final connection are work for a licensed electrician.
- Permits: many jurisdictions treat a permanently placed guard booth as a structure. Confirm with your local building office before delivery.
Atlas supplies the guard booth itself. We do not perform installation, electrical hookup or permitting, so line up your trades in advance.
Ordering and Delivery
Units ship to the Lower 48 on a specialized tilt-bed trailer, with a flat shipping rate per order shown at checkout. Expect one to three business days of order handling and, typically, three to seven days in transit. Checkout is by direct bank transfer. There is a 30-day return policy; return freight and a restocking fee may apply, and the details are in our FAQ.
Give the driver a clear, firm approach and space to tilt the trailer. Our buyers guide covers access measurements. Buyers in and around central Arkansas can read our Arkansas delivery page. If you need a larger staffed building instead of a booth, look at container offices, or get in touch with your site details.
