Description

Four Sleds, Two Doors, No Backing Up

Loading four snowmobiles into a trailer that only opens at one end is a job nobody enjoys twice. The 2024 Sno Pro 7.5×22 solves it with ramp doors front and rear, so machines drive in one end and out the other in a straight line. The rear opening measures 80 in. by 78 in., the front 60 in. by 78 in., and both are tapered with spring assist so a single rider can handle them in gloves.

All-aluminum construction is the other half of the story. Salt brine, slush and road spray destroy steel sled trailers from the inside out; aluminum simply does not corrode that way, which is why serious riders in snow country keep coming back to it. The box measures 28 ft in total, a 22 ft main section plus a 6 ft V-nose, and the factory-extended 82 in. interior height clears tall mountain sleds with helmets and gear stacked around them.

This one was built as a loaded pre-season unit, so the extras that usually cost real money are already fitted: 6 in. of extra height, spread-axle spacing for a calmer ride, track mats and ski guides installed, paddle grabbers to protect studs, LowPro grip glides on the ramps, and a 48 in. overhead cabinet for helmets, suits and tools. A wall track system with sliding D-rings lets you anchor machines wherever they happen to sit.

Features

  • All-aluminum construction that will not rust
  • 28 ft total box length: 22 ft box plus 6 ft V-nose
  • 82 in. interior height, including the 6 in. extra-height option
  • Two 3,500 lb braked torsion axles in a spread-axle layout
  • 15 in. black aluminum wheels
  • Reverse beavertail with front skirting and 24 in. stoneguard
  • Tapered spring-assist ramp doors front and rear
  • Track mats, ski guides, paddle grabbers and LowPro grip glides
  • Full-length slide tracks with sliding D-rings
  • 48 in. overhead cabinet with flip-up door
  • 32 in. x 72 in. side access door with paddle handle
  • Rear door canopy with lights, premium light package, three dome lights
  • Roof vent, white interior walls, 12 in. kickplate, 3/4 in. decking
  • Smooth .030 in. bonded side panels, 2 in. straight-pull coupler, 2,000 lb center jack
  • Dry weight 2,330 lbs, GVWR 6,000 lbs, payload 3,670 lbs

Count your machines and then add for reality: fuel cans, a sled deck’s worth of gear, and the extra length a mountain sled carries. The 3,670 lb payload absorbs four sleds and equipment comfortably, and the spread axles noticeably steady a long box on the highway. Before the first trip, work the ramp springs through their full travel and confirm every light works, because a lit rear canopy is only useful if the wiring is intact.

Freight is free to every state in the Lower 48 and a flat $550 to Puerto Rico, with most trailers moving 4 to 10 days after a bank transfer clears. Look through the rest of the trailer lineup at Atlas, or tell us where it is going and we will confirm your delivery window before the season starts.
