Description
Two Horses, Onboard Water, and a Smooth Torsion Ride
The water tank is the detail that sets this 2007 Circle J apart from most two horse trailers at its price. On a long haul, at a show with a queue for the hose, or on a trail day where the nearest tap is a half-hour drive away, carrying your own water stops being a luxury and starts being the reason the day goes smoothly.
The trailer stands 7 feet tall and 6 feet 7 inches wide, comfortable proportions for two horses riding at an angle in the slant layout. Slant loading positions animals diagonally across the floor, which uses the interior efficiently and lets a horse brace through corners and braking rather than bracing square against the wall. Double rear doors keep loading and unloading straightforward.
Ventilation comes from drop-down windows backed by drop-down jail bars, so fresh air moves through the compartment while horses stay safely contained. Inside, rubber mats run throughout the horse area to protect the floor and improve footing, three swing-out saddle racks and bridle hooks keep tack organized, and the trailer rides on torsion axles with electric brakes, which is generally a smoother and lower-maintenance arrangement than leaf springs.

Two Numbers to Check Before Ordering
The first is the ball size. This trailer takes a 2-5/16-inch ball, which is larger than the 2-inch ball many light-duty hitches carry, so check what is on your truck now and factor in a new ball and possibly a new mount if it does not match. It is a cheap fix, but it is the kind of thing that strands people on delivery day.
The second is the 7,000 lb GVWR. That figure covers trailer, horses, tack and water combined, and the tank is a meaningful part of that once it is full, at roughly eight pounds per gallon. Subtract the 2,900 lb empty weight and you have about 4,100 lb to work with, which handles two average horses with room for gear. All figures are approximate. When the trailer arrives, look under the mats at the wood floor, check the tire date codes, and confirm the brakes engage on both wheels before you load an animal.
Delivery from Atlas is free throughout the Lower 48, a flat $550 to Puerto Rico, and normally four to ten days after your bank transfer clears. Compare it with the rest of the Two Horse Trailers, and remember that our 30-day return policy backs every order.
