Description
A Two-Sled Hauler Light Enough for the Vehicle You Already Own
The headline number on this Mission 101×12 is 1,034 lb dry. That is what all-aluminum construction and screwless .030 smooth sides buy you, and it is the reason this crossover tows behind half-ton pickups and properly rated SUVs without the drivetrain complaining on a long winter drive. The rest of the payload budget, 1,956 lb of it, goes to your machines and gear rather than the trailer itself.
Finished in charcoal and set up as a 2-place crossover, it is aimed at riders who want an enclosed trailer that shows up already equipped instead of one that needs a shopping list of accessories before the first trip.
The loading hardware is where that shows. The Caliber package puts track mats down the floor, ski guides to line the machines up, LowPro grip glides and Trax grabbers on the ramp itself, so sleds track straight and hold their footing on a ramp that is half ice. A spring assist takes most of the weight out of lifting the ramp, and the crossover canopy with its loading light gives you a sheltered, lit working space at the tailgate when the sun went down two hours ago.

The measurement that decides this purchase is interior height against your machines. Sixty-four inches is generous for most sleds but tight once you add a tall windshield or a roof-height rack, so measure your tallest machine as it actually sits, handlebars and all. The 92 in x 62 in rear opening matters just as much for a wide mountain sled with a long track.
A torsion idler axle rides better over frost heaves than leaf springs and needs no maintenance, but note that it is an idler, so this trailer has no brakes of its own. At a 2,990 lb gross that is normal for the class and legal in most states, though it does mean your tow vehicle does all the stopping. Check the slide track and tie-down bars for free movement on arrival and give the ramp spring a cycle or two before you load.
