The two completely separated cubicles each have their own key-lockable steel entry door, individual plumbing, and full electrical fit-out — allowing simultaneous use by two occupants without shared access, and configuration as gender-specific facilities where required. The compact 7ft 10in × 7ft 10in square footprint makes this unit deployable in restricted spaces where a longer rectangular welfare unit would not fit.

Each cubicle is fitted with a dual-flush toilet (4.5L full / 3L half flush), a wall-mounted hand basin with lever tapware, an LED ceiling light, a wall-mounted light switch, a standard power outlet, a toilet roll holder, a toilet brush and holder, and a mechanical exhaust fan for active ventilation and odour control. Rear mechanical ventilation is also integrated into the structure to maintain air quality across both cubicles independently.

The electrical system includes an IP66-rated external electrical distribution board with a 2-pole 10A RCD with test button.
