Description
Six Extra Inches of Headroom, and Why They Matter
Most enclosed car haulers leave you stooping. This 2026 24 ft Millennium Hero was ordered with 6 in of extra height, which brings the interior to roughly seven feet and changes how the trailer feels to work in. You can stand beside a loaded car to run straps, swing a ratchet without cracking your knuckles on the ceiling, and load a taller truck or a lifted rig without measuring twice.
The exterior is .030 black with matching black mod wheels, a 30 in slant wedge V-nose that cuts the air more cleanly than a flat front and adds storage for tires and tool bags. Underneath, two 5,200 lb drop spring axles sit beneath a 6 in tube frame with a 48 in triple-tube tongue, a heavier frame arrangement than the entry-level trailers this competes against.
For loading, the heavy-duty ramp door comes with a flap, and a 48 in beavertail brings the approach angle down for cars with low front clips. Four installed floor D-rings give you anchor points at the corners. A 36 in side door with a barlock means checking a strap or grabbing a tool does not involve dropping the rear ramp every time, and a 16 in stone guard protects the nose from the shot-blasting a long interstate run delivers.

Sizing an enclosed hauler is really three measurements. Take the length of your longest vehicle, add walking room at the nose and enough space at the rear for the ramp door to close over the tailgate or spoiler. Take the width at the mirrors, folded. Then take the height with the car sitting on its suspension, not on a lift. The extra six inches here buy margin on the third measurement, which is the one buyers most often get wrong.
Drop spring axles ride slightly firmer than torsion axles but are simpler and cheaper to service, which is a fair trade if the trailer works for a living. Before the first trip, confirm your tow vehicle’s rating against the trailer fully loaded rather than empty, and give the tires, ramp hinge and lighting a walk-around.
