Description
Twenty-Eight Feet, Finished Inside, Without the Top-Shelf Price
There is a wide gap between a bare enclosed shell and a fully appointed race hauler, and the 2026 Millennium Extreme is deliberately built to sit in it. You still get the finished interior, the cabinets, the aluminum wheels and the 6,000 lb spread torsion axles, but the steel-framed construction keeps the price well under what an all-aluminum equivalent commands. For a racer or a car hauler who values capacity and working room over the last few hundred pounds of weight saving, that is a sensible trade.
The interior runs to roughly seven feet of height across 28 feet of length, which is enough to walk a loaded car, set up a work area behind it and still close the ramp. The .030 white bonded exterior keeps the inside cooler in summer than a dark finish and takes graphics cleanly if you run sponsor livery.
Loading Hardware Where It Matters
The back end is where the money went. A 72 in. beavertail drops the deck away so a low splitter or air dam clears the break-over, and the ramp door is the heavy-duty version with a flap guarding its leading edge. Forward of that, the tongue is a 54 in. triple-tube assembly, which puts the structure at the point that sees the highest loads. Four 5,000 lb floor D-rings are recessed into the coin flooring so nothing catches a tire or a creeper, and between the rear wing’s 18 in. LED loading light and the fitted winch plate, getting a non-running car aboard alone stops being a two-person job.
Set Up for Power
The interior is lined in white vinyl with an insulated vinyl ceiling above it, which keeps the space bright and holds down the condensation that drips off a bare metal roof on a cold morning. Black coin flooring underfoot hides the marks shop traffic leaves. Storage runs along one wall: an aluminum base cabinet in an L shape with a straight overhead unit above. A generator sits in its own vented compartment behind a 40 in. x 32 in. door, the roof is framed and wired should you add air conditioning later, and a 12V battery in its box feeds the LED electrical package.

Measure the usable floor rather than the advertised length. The front cabinet takes a slice out of the 28 feet, so what matters is the clear run between the cabinet face and the closed ramp, and whether your car plus a comfortable walk-around fits inside it. The steel frame means this trailer weighs more empty than an aluminum rival of the same size, so check your truck’s tow rating and payload against the loaded figure with the car, the generator and the tools aboard, not against the trailer alone.
