This 10ft accommodation container is a purpose-built living unit converted from a COR-TEN weathering steel container base, fully insulated and fitted with a stove, pre-installed electrical system and lighting, windows, a lockbox-equipped secure door, and standard air vents as standard inclusions — ready for immediate occupation on delivery. At 2.991m external length, this is a compact but fully functional single-occupancy accommodation unit suited to construction site welfare, remote location housing, and temporary on-site living where a larger modular building would be impractical or excessive. This unit is not CSC certified — it is designed for stationary accommodation use only and cannot be used for international freight operations.

The stove is included as standard — the only unit in our range to include cooking equipment as a standard fitting — making this a more complete accommodation solution than a basic welfare cabin or insulated office unit.
