Description
Charcoal, Heavy-Hardware and Sized for One Car Plus Everything Else
What separates a car hauler that stays tight after five seasons from one that starts rattling in its second is almost always the running gear and the anchor points. This 2026 Millennium Hero is specified with that in mind. A 2-5/16 in. coupler rated to 14K sits on a 48 in. triple-tube tongue, two 5,200 lb drop spring axles on aluminum wheels carry a 6 in. tube frame, and four 5,000 lb D-rings mount flush into 3/4 in. engineered flooring so straps and hardware never catch underfoot while you move around a loaded bay.
The body is understated on purpose. A .030 charcoal exterior hides road film in a way white never will, and a 30 in. slant wedge V-nose cuts drag while adding usable nose space. Six inches of extra height bring the interior to roughly 7 ft, which is what makes the difference between ducking around a car and simply walking past it.
It is not limited to cars either. The same box takes a side-by-side, a pair of motorcycles, the kit a landscaping crew runs through in a week, or a stack of tools and building materials, and between jobs it doubles as lockable storage. A heavy-duty ramp door with flap and a 48 in. beavertail keep the loading angle gentle, while a 36 in. side door with barlock gives quick access without dropping the rear ramp.

Measure your longest vehicle and then add a few feet for door swing and walking room, because a car that technically fits a 24 ft box can still leave you climbing out of a window. Check that your tow rig is rated to pull the loaded weight through a 14K coupler, and look over tires, brakes and the ramp hinge before the first haul. Use all four D-rings rather than two, with as little slack as you can manage, so the load stays balanced when you brake hard.
Against a 24 ft hauler without the extra height, the added clearance here is the specification most owners notice daily, particularly if you work inside the trailer with a car parked in it.
