Payment Policy

How you pay, when your order is confirmed, and exactly what you are charged.

This page explains how you pay for an order with Atlas Container Supply, and when your order is confirmed. It describes what the checkout actually does today.

How you pay

Orders are paid by direct bank transfer (ACH or wire). When you place an order, you will receive our bank details and a reference number for your order. Quote that reference on the transfer so we can match your payment to your order.

We do not currently accept credit cards, debit cards or PayPal. Card payments are not available at checkout at this time. If that changes, this page will be updated before the option goes live.

When your order is confirmed

Placing an order does not complete the sale on its own. Your order is confirmed and scheduled for dispatch once the transferred funds have cleared in our account, which typically takes 1–3 business days depending on your bank. Order handling then takes a further 1–3 business days before the unit is dispatched.

If a payment does not arrive, we will contact you before cancelling the order.

What you will be charged

  • The price of the unit as shown on the product page.
  • Free delivery to the 48 contiguous states — no delivery charge is added at checkout.
  • Nothing else. There are no card fees, handling fees, fuel surcharges or freight invoices issued after delivery.

Security

This website runs entirely over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Because payment is made by bank transfer between you and your own bank, no card number is ever entered on this site and Atlas Container Supply does not collect, process or store card details.

We will never ask you for card details by phone or email. If you receive a message claiming to be from Atlas Container Supply asking for card information, or giving bank details that differ from those on your order confirmation, do not act on it — contact us first at support@atlascontainersupply.com.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned by bank transfer to the account the original payment came from. Timescales, return freight and any restocking fee are set out in our refund and returns policy.
