Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?
Browse our inventory, add the container you want to your cart, and check out through our secure site. Not sure which unit is right? Contact our team for a quick, no-pressure recommendation or quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
Orders are currently processed by Direct Bank Transfer (ACH / wire). After checkout you’ll receive our banking details and a reference number; your order is confirmed and scheduled once payment is received. If you’d like to arrange payment, just reach out and we’ll walk you through it.
Do you offer quotes for multiple containers?
Yes. If you need several units or a bulk order, contact us with the sizes, grades, and delivery ZIP code and we’ll put together a tailored quote.

Containers & Sizes

What condition are your containers in?
We supply both new (one-trip) and used containers. Used units are typically sold in Wind & Watertight (WWT) condition unless otherwise stated — structurally sound and weatherproof, with cosmetic wear consistent with prior use. See our Container Grades page for a full breakdown.
What sizes are available?
We stock the common sizes — 10ft, 20ft, 40ft standard, and 40ft High Cube. A 20ft unit offers roughly 160 sq ft of storage, while a 40ft doubles that to about 320 sq ft. Our Buyers Guide helps you match the size to your needs.
Do you offer custom modifications?
We do. From container offices to insulated units, added doors, windows, and vents, we can help with a range of modifications. Contact our team to discuss your project.
Are your containers new or used?
Both. “New” (also called one-trip) containers have only made a single voyage and look near-new. Used containers have seen prior service and are priced for value while remaining structurally sound and weatherproof.

Delivery & Site Prep

Do you deliver, and how much does it cost?
Yes — we deliver across the Lower 48 on specialized tilt-bed trailers. Standard freight is free to the Lower 48; Puerto Rico is a flat $550. Orders typically handle in 1–3 business days with an estimated arrival of 4–10 business days depending on your location.
How should I prepare my site for delivery?
Delivery goes smoothly when the drop site has: level, firm ground (gravel or concrete), clear overhead space with no low lines or branches (the truck bed tilts up high), and straight access — allow up to ~100 ft of clearance for a 40ft delivery. Mark exactly where you want the unit and which way the doors should face, and have someone on site to direct the driver.
How much room does the delivery truck need?
The tilt-bed truck needs a straight, clear approach. As a rule of thumb, allow roughly 100 ft of clearance in line with the placement spot for a 40ft container, and a bit less for shorter units. If access is tight, let us know in advance so we can plan the drop.
Can I track my order?
Yes — visit our Track Order page and enter your order number and billing email to see the latest status.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll make it right. Full details are on our Refund & Return Policy page.
Are the containers wind and watertight?
Yes. Our Wind & Watertight (WWT) and higher grades are structurally sound and weatherproof, keeping your stored items dry and secure. Each unit is inspected before dispatch.
What if my container arrives damaged?
Inspect your container on delivery. If you notice transit damage, note it and contact us right away so we can resolve it quickly under our return and warranty policies.
